Membership
Members with ASFAF are classified according to what follows:
1. Founding members: Members with efforts and support in the foundation of the Asian Sport for All Federation, and are registered in the membership of the International Sport for All Federation F.I.S.p.T.
2. Associate members: Individuals or organizations with membership in the Asian Sport for All Federation. According to the below:
A- Group members:
- National, regional, or local non-governmental organizations in the Asian continent improving "Sports for All”.
- Official governmental bodies of Asian countries, that are legally founded to develop "Sports for All" in their countries or regions.
B- Individual members:
- Individuals interested in the goal of the Asian Sport for All Federation.
3. Honorary members: Normal members, bodies or organizations that have offered great services to the Asian Sport for All Federation. The honorary member title may be given by the General Assembly upon the request of the Board of Directors.
All applicants willing to join ASFAF family and contribute to promote Asian Sport for All are requested to pay a fee of $ 200 for each year of their membership, which is due 31st of December.
Our members have the opportunity to benefit from ASFAF wide scale of advantages, activities and educational programs such as :
- Recognition : Members are granted recognition of the Asian Sport for All Federation once registered as a member whether they are persons, groups or organizations.
- Online Educational Programs: ASFAF online educational programs are planned to take place online with the purpose of inclusion so that all members across Asia will have the opportunity
to join our programs and learn with us regardless of their age or occupation. The online educational programs are composed of variety of training courses such as instructions for physical
activities and a wide range of sports, healthy lifestyles and diets, sports and social skills, inclusion and non-discrimination in sport environments, harassment and abuse in sports, and
much more topics to be expected and which are directed to students in schools, universities, athletes and even teachers to improve their abilities for a better and healthy future.
- Newsletter with sport updates happening in the continent of Asia and globally to be sent out four times around the year.
- Consultation Services: The consultations are directed towards leaders, executives, managers working with sport and anyone who wishes to get consultation by ASFAF through expert help,
advice, guidance, and support to all members on a wide range of topics
- Online accredited leadership courses: Aimed at sports leaders to provide them with knowledge and training in the field of sports to get them qualified.
- Invitation to the General Assembly, workshops, festivals and events scheduled.
